HISTORY: It comes from five generations of the Flores family, 150 years of experience. They started with crops such as corn, beans and cattle until in 1960 when they changed to Coffee Farming, where the Caturra, Borbón and Maragogipe coffee varieties predominated in Nicaragua; In 2014, the new coffee varieties tolerant to ROYA, more productive and with excellent flavors, were introduced.

PROCESSES THAT ARE CARRIED OUT ON THE FARM: Wet milling (pulped, fermented and washed). the wet coffee is delivered to the dry mill.
