SOIL TYPE: Clay with integrated organic matter

RAINFALL: 1800 mm of water

PROCESSES THAT ARE CARRIED OUT ON THE FARM: Moist milling (pulped, fermented and washed), the wet coffee is delivered to the dry mill.
